Stafford Loan Exit Interview

To complete your exit interview:

  1. Visit the Direct Loan Servicing Online website.

  2. Select the green button to Sign In

      3. Enter your FSA ID and Password. If you not created a FSA ID, please do so at the “Create an FSA ID” link. If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, please click on the “Forgot Username or Password?” link.”

 Third Step

4. Select the the blue link "Complete Counseling"

5. Click “Start” and begin your Stafford Exit Counseling located in the third column under "Exit Counseling"

6. Once you are finished you’ll receive a completion confirmation from Direct Loans via email. You may forward that email to and we be able to release the hold and update your account Stafford exit requirement as satisfied.
