To complete your exit interview:
- Visit the Direct Loan Servicing Online website.
- Click on the link "Exit Counseling" in the middle portion of your screen.
- On the next screen, go to Loan Exit Counseling and click on "Start."
- Complete the information in the spaces provided. [If you have forgotten your PIN, click on "Change Pin." Complete the required information, and within 24-36 hours your PIN will be emailed to you.]
- Once you have completed the exit counseling session, the US Department of Education will electronically send the file to the College of Charleston within 8 days in order for the College of Charleston to update your Exit Interview student records.
