Repayment Information

The Repayment option does not apply to bad checks.
A 10% penalty will be charged on the amount owed to prevent turnover to a collection agency.
Monthly payments are due on or before last day of the month.
Monthly reminders for payments will not be sent.
If payments become delinquent the College of Charleston will have no recourse but to submit the account to an outside collection agency.
If an account is turned over to an outside collection agency a 33.33% pentalty will be charged on the amount owed.
If an account is turned over to an outside collection agency a $40 re-instatement fee will be charged to remove flag from records after amount is paid in full.
If an account is turned over to an outside collection agency the College of Charleston will no longer negotiate terms for repayment.
A student may not return to the College of Charleston and transcripts will be placed on hold until amount owed is paid in full.
